Cancellation Policy

14-day cancellation period

If you are a consumer and a service contract is concluded online, by telephone, at your home or otherwise at a distance or off-premises, you will normally have the right to cancel within 14 days of the contract being made, without giving a reason.

How to cancel

You can cancel by sending a clear statement to SolarVue@outlook.com or by writing to SolarVue Ltd, 76 Anton Way, Aylesbury, England, HP21 9LX. Include your name, address, quotation or booking reference (if available), and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

Starting work during the cancellation period

If you specifically ask us to start providing the service before the 14-day period has ended, we will obtain the required express request before starting. If you then cancel after work has started, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services supplied up to the point of cancellation, where the law allows this.

If the service is fully performed during the cancellation period, the cancellation right may end once the legal conditions for loss of that right have been met.

After the statutory cancellation period

If you cancel after any applicable statutory cancellation period, we will review materials ordered, work already carried out and reasonable losses or costs actually incurred. Any deposit deduction will be limited to sums we are lawfully entitled to retain.

Rescheduling

If you need to change an installation date rather than cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to agree an alternative date, subject to labour and material availability.
